Technical Problem Solver

8+ years turning complex technical challenges into clear solutions across AI, construction tech, and WordPress ecosystems

From Support to Solutions Architecture

My career started in customer support, but quickly evolved into something more: I became the person teams turned to when standard solutions weren't enough. Whether it's debugging API integrations, designing training systems, or bridging gaps between engineering and users, I solve problems that don't fit neatly into job descriptions. The CK of all trades.

What I Actually Do

Beyond the tickets, who am i?

  • Complex technical troubleshooting and system integrations. I dig deep into API failures, trace through system logs, and reproduce edge cases that others can't replicate. Whether it's untangling WordPress plugin conflicts, debugging AI conversation intelligence integrations, or diagnosing construction software workflows, I don't stop until I understand the root cause. My approach: systematic investigation, clear documentation, and collaboration with engineering teams to implement lasting fixes.

  • Building training frameworks and optimizing workflows that actually work. I don't just solve problems - I design systems that prevent them. This means creating documentation that people actually use, developing training programs that stick, and establishing processes that scale across teams. From onboarding new support specialists to designing escalation workflows, I think strategically about how knowledge gets shared and problems get solved efficiently."

  • Turning individual solutions into systematic improvements. Every bug I fix becomes institutional knowledge. Every training session I design gets refined and replicated. Every process I optimize gets documented and shared across teams. I look for patterns in problems and build solutions that benefit entire organizations, not just individual users. The goal is always the same: solve it once, solve it right, and make sure it stays solved

What’s Next?

Beyond my day job, I'm documenting continuous learning through my 52 Skills in 52 Weeks project - exploring everything from video production to emerging technologies. This autodidactic approach isn't just personal curiosity; it directly informs my problem-solving methodology.

Every new skill teaches me something about learning, frustration, and the gap between knowing and doing. When I help users navigate complex technical challenges, I remember what it feels like to be confused. When I design training materials, I apply insights from my own learning experiments.

The goal isn't to become an expert in 52 different areas - it's to stay curious, adaptable, and empathetic to the learning process. In a field where technology evolves constantly, the ability to learn quickly and help others do the same is the most valuable skill of all
